My name is Llisa, I have been doing hair professionally since 2006. I grew up with super uncontrollable curly hair. I became a hairstylist to learn how to control my curls, and help those with hair like mine. I can work with all hair types and I am truly passionate about hair. I am always continuing my education and have taken over 20 classes with many hair companies such as: Goldwell, Schwarzkopf, L'Oreal, Vidal Sassoon, Aveda, Kerastase, Bumble & Bumble, Tony & Guy.
I started this blog mainly to showcase my work and educate on proper hair care. I am very big on healthy hair care. With all the chemical processing, heat styling and environmental factors along with everything else we do day to day its very important to take care of it. I want to showcase some of my favourite products, and even my not so favourite products. Every product review is a truly honest review, if I don't like something I will not recommend it. I am in no way affiliated or endorsed by any hair company, all the products I have featured are products I have chosen.
